Prices

All prices are quoted net in British Pounds (sterling, £) excluding cost of post & packing.

Post & Packing

The post & packing costs, for all destinations, are calculated according to the order's weight by our Online Shop. The Tub Cost, Shipping Cost and Total Cost are displayed before you select a payment method.

Value Added Tax

AntiqueLeatherDressing.co.uk are not currently registered for VAT, so no additional tax will be added to prices quoted. We are not, however, responsible for any local taxes which may be applicable for orders despatched to destinations outside the United Kingdom.

Payment Terms

Payment, in British Pounds sterling, is required prior to despatch. For online ordering we accept payment through Paypal - see below. If you arrange to order by contacting us, payment may be made by Direct Bank Transfer (bank details supplied on request), Cash, Cheque, Postal Order or Banker's Draft. If you wish to send Cash by post, you must send this by registered mail for our mutual protection. All cheques should be made payable according to our supplied instructions.

Credit Cards/Debit Cards

We accept credit card/debit card payments through the PayPal system only. If you wish to pay by Credit Card or Debit Card, PayPal provides a secure processing facility for all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards that have the Visa or MasterCard logo. In order to use the PayPal service you DO NOT have to be registered with PayPal (although registering makes future transactions simpler). Despatch Arrangements

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of cleared funds. Where this is not possible, we will confirm a delivery schedule at the time of order placement.

Packing

All orders are packed in custom-made cardboard cartons.

Quantity/Weight/Volume

Our Leather Dressing is manufactured and originally packaged in the USA. We sell three tub sizes - the content of each tub is shown on the label as either 6oz, 16oz or 32oz. These are US Fluid Ounces (a measure of volume, NOT weight), to verify this you would have to remove the Leather Dressing from the tub and heat, in a suitable container, until it becomes a liquid - then measure the volume of the liquid (NOTE: 1 US fluid ounce = 1.0408423 Imperial fluid ounces). The "6oz" tub should produce 6 US fluid ounces (approximately 0.177441178 litres - we say 0.18). Minimum Order Level

Our "minimum order" level is one tub of any size, which can be ordered online. If you wish to order more, we are happy to supply your requirement, please Contact Us for a quote.

Liability

AntiqueLeatherDressing.co.uk does not accept any liability for all and any damage caused to product or personnel, however so caused. It is strongly recommended the manufacturer's instructions are strictly followed in any treatment, and that a test on an inconspicuous part of the article is carried out prior to full treatment.

Force Majuere

The Proprietors and Staff of AntiqueLeatherDressing.co.uk cannot accept any liability for all and any circumstances outside of the business's control.

Limitation of Supply

AntiqueLeatherDressing.co.uk are exclusively authorised to supply Pecard's Leather Dressing to United Kingdom and the countries of mainland Europe. For orders received from outside of the European Union, we may need to check with our principals in the United States prior to accepting orders.

We carry a selected range of Pecard's product - we reserve the right to vary our stock inventory from time to time. All product is manufactured by Pecard Leather Care Products at their plant in Wisconsin, USA - we import directly from them. While we do our best to anticipate demand and endeavour to carry all inventory items in stock, occasionally certain product lines may be unavailable. Under these circumstances we will confirm an estimated availability date at the time of order placement.
